Saturday: Pleased with the playday, Try was very relaxed.

Tuesday:
Sharon's words--letting Try know she can relax whenever she sees the look that says “you are so beautiful and I just want to give you a big hug.”

From some acting courses at ECU and early social work sensitivity training—I know that my tension is fear in some form and also know some great visualizations to bring on a whole big “I love the world and everything in it” feeling.

Today I played with this some and it went well for awhile until she decided that we had done enough and I got frustrated (How interesting) and direct line. I should have quit while we were ahead but felt she needed some exercise.
